Feel better.
Move better.
Get back to what you love.

I’m a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist working out of EVO Rock + Fitness in Portland. Every visit is a full hour, and your plan moves from improving your symptoms to rebuilding the strength your life needs.

I’m Christian. I build bodies that hold up.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a board-certified orthopedic specialist. In my own time, I lift, I project routes around Maine, and I run in the woods with my dog, Bruiser. I spent years working at a high-volume clinic here in Portland, and I saw exactly where the assembly-line model of physical therapy falls short. It rushes you into quick fixes, rushed visits, and rehab that’s focused on getting you out of pain but not back into your life.

I built Revenant Athletics around the opposite idea: what if we could get you out of pain and build the strength that you need to come back better than before? I test these principles on myself in my own life every week, and I bring the same approach to every athlete I work with.

How I’m different

A full hour, one-on-one.

Christian sees one patient at a time and runs every part of your visit himself, including the exercises many clinics hand off to an aide.

A board-certified specialist.

Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), a credential held by a small share of physical therapists, and adjunct professor at UNE.

Rehab that turns into training.

Care doesn’t stop at pain-free; it stops when you’re more capable than before you got hurt.

Straightforward pricing with no guesswork.

As a cash-based practice, you’ll always know what you pay. No dealing with insurance headaches.

More progress than in 15 years

“Working with Christian, I have felt more confidence that I am making progress towards my actual goals than I have in over 15 years of experience with other programs and coaching. Not only do I feel strong, I know I’m getting there in a way that is smart and safe for the long term health of my body.”
